Plan Your Trip » Visas
Congratulations! Landing on this page means organising your visas just got a whole lot easier, so that’s one less thing to worry about! Our dedicated visa planning service is a brilliant tool for determining exactly what visas you will need for your trip, and then allowing you to book them right here, right now.
Just use the interactive map below to select what countries you will be visiting (or type in the box at the bottom) and then click the orange button. This will bring up visa information for each country according to your nationality. You may find that for some countries you will not need a visa, but for the ones you do, completely up-to-date information and prices will appear. All you have to do then is select the right options for you and away you go!
Turkmenistan Transit Letter of Invitation (LOI) is applied for the whole of the Rally at the same time as a group. As there are usually over 450 applicants, the processing time for this LOI can be up to 3 months. Our processing time for this LOI is 4 weeks as we need to process all of the applications together to apply for the LOI, then once it's issued, we need to check every single detail to make sure all applicants have got correct details on the LOI.
The applications are processed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and as there is such a large number of applicants they take a while to process them.
Unfortunately, once the documents were submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs it is impossible to speed up the application process or enquire about the progress of the applications.
Once the LOI is issued, it is forwarded to the embassy in London who carries out the checks. They then forwarded it to us to check it and only then, once we check all of the details we can send it to each applicant individually.
Please note, the LOI issue date stated on the document is not the date when we receive the document. generally it gets to us at least 2 weeks after it’s been issued.
